Eleat: A Better Kind of Cereal
Eleat is a UK brand created for people who still love cereal but want it to be more satisfying. It keeps the enjoyment of a classic bowl with the same flavour, texture and ease, while adding real nutritional value. The result is a cereal that feels familiar yet genuinely supports a more balanced start to the day.

The case for protein cereal
Most cereals are quick and comforting but rarely filling. Protein cereal changes that by adding more balance to breakfast. Higher protein and fibre help maintain energy and keep you full for longer, which means fewer mid-morning cravings and more consistent focus.
It is an easy upgrade for anyone who wants a better breakfast without changing their routine.
Where Eleat fits in
Eleat takes the idea of protein cereal and makes it simple. Every flavour in the range is high in protein, low in sugar and completely plant-based. It fits easily into everyday life, whether that is breakfast before work, something after the gym or a quick snack in the afternoon.
Eleat combines the comfort of cereal with the nutrition to match modern habits.

Inside Eleat’s Protein Cereal Range
Eleat’s cereal range is made for people who still love cereal but want it to be more balanced.
The cereals are light, crisp and subtly flavoured, keeping all the enjoyment of a classic bowl while adding the kind of nutrition that lasts.
Each option is high in protein, low in sugar and completely plant-based.
Eleat protein cereal flavours
The current range includes Chocolate, Choc Caramel, Cinnamon and Vanilla.
Chocolate is rich and smooth without being overly sweet. Choc Caramel is slightly deeper and more indulgent, ideal for anyone who prefers a dessert-style cereal.
Cinnamon has a warm, balanced flavour that pairs well with milk or yoghurt. Vanilla is mild and versatile, perfect with fruit or as a neutral base for toppings.
All four hold their crunch well, even in milk, and also work as a dry snack.
Eleat Cereal nutrition facts

How to eat Eleat cereal
Eleat cereal fits naturally into everyday life. It can be a quick breakfast with milk or yoghurt, a post-workout option when you need protein or a light evening snack when you want something filling but not heavy.
It is easy to portion, travels well and keeps its texture, which makes it as convenient as it is balanced.
Unsponsored Eleat protein cereal review
When I first tried Eleat, I expected to enjoy the granola and overnight oats more than the cereal. I have never been someone who naturally reaches for a bowl of cereal as a breakfast or snack, so I assumed it would be the product I connected with the least. To my surprise, I ended up really enjoying it and it has earned a place in my routine in a way I did not expect.
I have not changed my breakfast habits. I still prefer granola or oats in the morning, but Eleat cereal has become a very easy afternoon snack, especially on days when I run twice and need something quick after my second run. It’s convenient and a good way to top up my daily protein intake.
Choosing a favourite flavour is surprisingly difficult because they all work well. If I had to pick one, I tend to lean slightly toward the chocolate caramel flavour. It has a warm, balanced taste with hints of sweet caramel that works really well with almond or oat milk.
When I just grab a handful snack on without milk, I tend to reach for the cinnamon flavour.
One of the things I appreciate most about this cereal is the texture. It doesn’t really get soggy and it keeps its crunch in milk. It is also tasty enough to snack on dry, which makes it an easy option in the evening when I want something small but satisfying.
