Hello, I’m Chloe!

I’m a Northwich-based Personal Trainer with a passion for everything health and fitness that goes beyond the gym.

I truly believe that fitness starts in your mind, not in the gym. For your body to change, your mindset needs to change.
But I know that making lifestyle changes, creating new habits or overcoming your fear of the gym aren’t easy things to do.

That’s why I’m here to help you in and out of the gym. Every step of the way!

Why do I do this?

My mission as a Personal Trainer is to help you get fit for life, not for your holiday. Let’s create new healthy habits around your busy schedule. Let’s teach you effective ways to work out and reach your goals.

I’m also here to help you stop feeling “out of place” in the gym by guiding you through your workouts (whether it’s 1-1 sessions or online training).

Finally, my mission is accomplished when you realise how fitness can improve your whole life. Not only your body but also your mindset, making you feel strong, confident, empowered and damn proud of yourself!

There are no shortcuts to real results but if you’re serious about making changes, I’m here to help!
