Where to find the best tiramisu in Dubai?
If there’s tiramisu on the menu, I’m probably ordering it. It’s one of those desserts I find very difficult to resist, so after trying quite a few around Dubai, I decided to start this ongoing guide to the best tiramisu in Dubai, based on the ones I’ve actually taste-tested myself.
I’ll keep adding new restaurants whenever I find another one worth talking about, so this list will continue to grow.
What are the best tiramisu spots in Dubai?
Here are the places that I’d absolutely recommend based on my personal experience:
KIRA at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab
Fi’lia at SLS Dubai
Cinque at FIVE Palm Jumeirah
Zala at Bab Al Shams
Hunter & Barrel
I’ll add more places to this blog post whenever I discover a new spot for tiramisu!
KIRA at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab
KIRA is currently at the top of my list, and it’s also the most expensive tiramisu I’ve tried in Dubai so far.
But it’s easy to see where the price comes from. This is not a straightforward plate of traditional tiramisu. KIRA takes the classic dessert and completely reworks it into something that feels much more suited to a luxury restaurant.
The presentation is beautiful, and the tiramisu itself was airy and creamy, with a rich coffee flavour. The biscuit wasn’t overly bitter, and the portion was just right after a three-course meal.
It was one of those desserts where I didn’t really have anything I would change. Honestly, it was incredible.
If you’re looking for a tiramisu for a special occasion, this would currently be my pick.

Fi’lia at SLS Dubai
Fi’lia’s version is called the Fi’liamisu, and it puts a small twist on the classic without going too far.
It is made with classic tiramisu cream, ladyfinger biscuits and espresso syrup, but it arrives in an oversized coffee cup rather than being presented in the usual way.
The espresso flavour really shines through, which I loved. It also isn’t overly sweet, so it tastes unmistakably of coffee rather than simply tasting like a sugary dessert.
For me, that balance is what makes this one so enjoyable. It still feels like tiramisu, but there’s enough coffee flavour to make it interesting.

Cinque at FIVE Palm Jumeirah
Cinque is probably the most memorable tiramisu experience I’ve had in Dubai so far.
The reason? They make it right next to your table.
The waiter arrives with a trolley and puts the tiramisu together in front of you. You get to watch as he soaks the biscuits in espresso before arranging them on the plate with generous amounts of mascarpone cream.
It’s a fun little bit of theatre, but thankfully the tiramisu itself lives up to the presentation.
The espresso flavour is incredibly punchy. In fact, this is the most “caffeinated” tiramisu I’ve ever had. If you love a strong coffee flavour, you’ll probably really enjoy this one.
If you prefer your tiramisu with just a subtle hint of espresso, though, this might not be for you.
Either way, watching it being prepared beside the table makes Cinque one I’d recommend trying at least once.
Zala at Bab Al Shams
We spent two days at Bab Al Shams, which was an experience in itself, and at some point during the afternoon our sweet tooth led us to Zala.
As soon as I saw tiramisu on the menu, I knew what I was ordering.
This one was particularly good for an afternoon treat. The portion wasn’t too large, the flavour was nicely balanced and it wasn’t overly sweet.
I had it with an iced coffee before heading back towards the pool, and it was exactly what I wanted at that point in the day.
It’s a very different experience from ordering a huge dessert after an already substantial dinner. This felt like the perfect little afternoon indulgence.
Hunter & Barrel
Hunter & Barrel’s tiramisu is the first one I’ve tried that has genuinely defeated me.
And that’s saying something. The tiramisu itself was excellent, but the portion was so generous that I simply couldn’t finish it.
It was served in a rather large cocktail coupe and was sweet, creamy and seriously indulgent. The espresso flavour wasn’t particularly strong, so this is one for anyone who prefers a sweeter, creamier tiramisu rather than a dessert dominated by coffee. Just make sure you leave plenty of room for it!
Which tiramisu should you try in Dubai?
If you’re trying to decide where to go, it really depends on what you’re after.
For a luxurious, beautifully presented take on the classic, I’d choose KIRA.
If you want a tiramisu where the espresso flavour really comes through without it becoming overly sweet, Fi’lia is a great choice.
For the strongest coffee hit and a bit of tableside theatre, go to Cinque.
Zala at Bab Al Shams is the one I’d pick for an afternoon treat, particularly if you’re already spending the day at the resort.
And if you want something sweet, creamy and very generous, Hunter & Barrel is the one to order when you have plenty of room left for dessert.
