Meet Eleat: The Protein-Packed Breakfast Brand
Eleat was founded in the UK by a pair of sports enthusiasts who wanted to create a cereal that delivered on taste and nutrition in equal measure.
Frustrated by sugar-laden options and protein products that felt more like chalk than food, they set out to make something better: a cereal that’s balanced, high in protein and made with quality ingredients.
The range includes cereal, granola and oats, available in a variety of flavours to suit different tastes.
Every product is high in protein and fibre, low in sugar and made to keep you fuelled throughout the day. Whether you’re after a quick breakfast, a pre-run snack or a topping for yoghurt, the idea is simple: nutritious food without compromising on flavour.
Eleat Protein Granola
Granola is tasty, but does it fill you up? Not really. That’s where Eleat steps in with protein-packed granola, giving you a proper breakfast (or a topping for yoghurt and overnight oats).

Eleat’s granola currently comes in two flavours: Dark Chocolate and Mixed Berries.
How much protein per Eleat granola serving?
Each 50g serving delivers 15g protein (14.5g for the Berry flavour) with less than 3g sugar and an impressive 9.5g fibre!
That puts it well ahead of most standard granolas when it comes to staying full and ensuring you hit both your protein and fibre intake.
What sets this granola apart
It includes crispy protein pieces that give real texture and help the bowl feel more substantial. The Dark Chocolate granola even holds its crunch in milk, so it works whether you’re pouring it over a bowl or stirring it into yoghurt.
It’s formulated to be lower in sugar and higher in fibre than many mainstream options, so it keeps you satisfied for longer.
The resealable pouches are handy for keeping things fresh and for stashing in a gym bag, and the granola doubles up perfectly as a topping for Eleat’s overnight oats if you want something prepped the night before.

Honest Eleat Protein Granola review
I’ve always loved granola, but the problem is that most servings never quite fill me up. A typical portion leaves me reaching for another snack a couple of hours later.
That’s why I was curious to try Eleat Protein Granola, especially knowing that the combination of protein and fibre is key to keeping you fuller for longer.
I wasn’t sure whether the 50g recommended serving would actually be enough, but to my surprise, I felt satisfied well into the morning.
The blend of protein and fibre slows digestion and triggers satiety signals in the brain more effectively, giving your body time to register that you’re full.
I enjoy both flavours, but the Dark Chocolate granola is a standout. Unlike some granolas, it doesn’t get soggy when you add milk, staying satisfyingly crunchy.
That crunchiness not only makes it more enjoyable to eat, but also helps you feel fuller for longer since eating slowly and chewing is essential for your brain to fire those natural satiety cues.
I’m an oatmeal for breakfast type of person, but I do enjoy my Eleat granola a couple mornings a week, with milk or Greek yoghurt - especially when I don’t have time to cook my oatmeal on the stove.
It also works nicely as a topping on porridge for added texture and crunch, and sometimes I even enjoy a small bowl in the afternoon as a snack. It’s become a really flexible addition to my routine.
