Honest Eleat Protein Overnight Oats review

I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised by Eleat’s Overnight Oats. I didn’t expect to enjoy them as much as I do!

The texture is spot on: incredibly creamy without being too soggy or clunky. A lot of protein oats have that unmistakable protein powder aftertaste but not these. They taste like a genuinely delicious breakfast with just the right amount of sweetness and well-balanced flavours.

Apple & Cinnamon is my personal favourite with Peanut Butter & Banana coming in a very close second. Both make my mornings so much easier.

When life gets busy, I prep my oats the night before and know that I’ll still get to enjoy my favourite meal the next morning without compromising on taste. I usually add a splash of almond milk and top them with berries, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a handful of Eleat granola for extra crunch and protein.

When I fancy a hot breakfast, I simply pop the oats in the microwave to turn them into a warm, comforting bowl of porridge.

What really stands out is how satisfying they are. Thanks to the high protein and fibre content they keep me full all morning which isn’t always the case with other breakfast options. I’ve also noticed I don’t experience any bloating which sometimes happens with similar protein items.

The variety of flavours is another big plus. It’s nice to be able to easily mix things up during the week.

Overall, Eleat Overnight Oats have earned a permanent spot in my breakfast rotation and I’ll definitely be restocking. Try them for yourself with code CHLOEH for 20% off your order! (one use per email address).
