My honest review of Urban App

At the time of writing this review, I’ve booked five appointments with Urban, including sports massage, physio and assisted stretching, so I have some experience using their services!

My very first Urban appointment was a physio consultation. I had foot pain and was struggling to walk, so having a physio come to me was really handy! He was able to diagnose the issue and prescribed rehab exercises.

Now, I use Urban to book sports massages. As someone who runs a lot and regularly goes to the gym, they are part of my injury prevention routine.

I also recently tried assisted stretching and really enjoyed it. If you feel like stretching on your own isn’t very effective, this treatment will help you reach a deeper stretch and your muscles will thank you for it!
