The best London healthy food spots that are vegan-friendly

This post will be regularly updated as I discover new must-try spots!

Atis for custom salads & nourish bowls

Atis is Londoners’ go to spot for a quick, tasty and healthy lunch. There are currently 5 Atis locations across the city: Notting Hill, Eccleston Yards, Canary Wharf, Borough Yards and Old Street.

You can pick your salad or grain/noodle bowl from the seasonal menu or build your own from scratch. Possibilities are endless, and you can easily go there often without ever getting bored.

Atis caters for all diets, whether you’re vegan, pescatarian or gluten-free.

Rawlala for acai bowls & raw treats

The clue is in the name: Rawlala is all about raw foods. From treats to cold-pressed juices, everything is exclusively home-made with organic and plant-based ingredients. This spot is located in Shoreditch, on 11 Hackney Road E2 7NX.

If you’ve been craving a tasty acai bowl (which is not easy to find in London), this is where you need to go! Also make sure to try one their raw treats such as the cinnamon roll.

The only downside is that there’s not really any space to eat in, just a couple benches but no tables. If the weather allows, you can go find a bench in the small park across the street.

Urban Greens for salad bowls

Tired of boring salads? Head over to Urban Greens for “next-level salads” as they say. From the Seoul Chicken to the Jakarta or Shrimp Habanero, each one is a delightful and colourful combination of flavours and textures, made with fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

There are salads for every diet and even some plant-based desserts. The chocolate mousse is perfect for your afternoon sweet tooth.

There are currently 3 Urban Greens locations: Canary Wharf, St Pauls & St James Park.
