Blueberry Oatmeal Protein Cookies Recipe

Craving a healthy-ish treat? Make these yummy blueberry oatmeal protein cookies with 5 ingredients only!
They are ready in 20 minutes and are perfect for an afternoon pick-me up or evening sweet craving. You can even have them as a breakfast on the go.

How To Make Blueberry Oatmeal Protein Cookies

Ingredients for 12 small cookies:

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 full egg + 1 egg white

  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder

  • 100g frozen blueberries

  • 150ml milk of your choice (I used almond milk)

Blend together the oats, eggs, milk and protein powder.
Pour the mix into a large bowl and add the blueberries.
Cover a baking tray with a baking sheet and use a teaspoon to make around 12 scoops of the mix, spacing them well apart on the baking sheet.
Bake for 10 -15min (at 200°C)
